Harley has been using her new position as Assistant Cheer Coach to get revenge and bully some of the girls with her newfound power. In fact, she has been meting out punishments and spankings which has not gone unnoticed by the Head Coach who has contacted her mother about what has been happening. This is where the film starts as Harley arrives home, blissfully unaware that mom is about to exact the same sort of unfair punishments on her own girl to teach her a lesson.

Indeed, Harley is about to get a taste of her own medicine. She can't argue the case and is taken across mom's lap for an embarrassing spanking... What is worse is that she had also used implements on the unfortunate girls so Harley is told to go fetch the nearby hairbrush.
