This is Scene 2: It's the first day of class for the four youngest girls. Swiss tutor, Frau Meyer, is in charge of helping make sure the young ladies keep up with their studies. Naturally, the stern educator believes that if one misbehaves in class, then one should receive a spanking in front of the other pupils... And that is precisely what happens. Each of the young ladies are brought up to the front of class and disciplined with the ruler on the hand, a thigh smacking, and an over-the-knee bare bottom spanking.

The discipline is for various miscreant behavior such as eating candy in class, passing notes, not doing homework, and whispering to each other. Afterward, they are each given a pink slip which they will bring to their mothers as... 'A spanking in class always means a spanking at home.'
